Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you buy. If for any reason you're not satisfied, here's how our return policy works:

30-Day Return Window — You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Condition — Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return — Email us at claudinehattingh6@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.
Refund Processing — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items — Beauty products (opened/used), underwear, earrings, and personalised items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Faulty Products — If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

FREE Shipping on all orders over R500.
Standard Shipping — R99 flat rate for orders under R500.
Delivery Time — 2–5 business days for major cities. 5–10 business days for rural areas.
Tracking — You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your order here.
Delivery Partner — We use trusted courier services for nationwide delivery across South Africa.
